唉，圆通服务真是差到家了，我前几天在网上买了个洗衣机外壳，我也花了70元运费，商家发的是圆通，结果圆通没有争我同意，把东西放在驿站，我让他给我送到楼下(因为是大件我拿不动)他很狂妄说不要就给我退回去了。结果给把东西退回给商家了，马云再不整顿快递行业，淘宝天猫早晚会完蛋的。
