本人不是英语达人，不知道我的理解对不对。
people是不是应该用who来修饰啊？that的话感觉有点别扭。
easier to do就是按中文套路来的，感觉do sth easily顺口一些。
improve value 也是中文直译，increase their worth 应该更贴切一点。
整个句式没有can，because这些词汇，全是白话，而且明显是中文的语序。
