Health care is important to the economic and social well-being of a country, especially in an underdeveloped country. It can inspire the loyalty of citizens. They can get medical service, when they are unemployed, sick, injured and retired. Education and health care are the basic needs of every society, which relate to the stability and development of a country. Of course, art is the need for entertainment. It’s spiritual. We cannot ignore it.
