重金属乐队Steeleart

20世际80年代是流行金属最鼎盛的时期，在西方的每个国家里都几乎出现了或多或少的乐饥隐队，这种音乐也溶入人们的生活，所以这个年代涌现出的很多的世界级大牌乐队，像BON JOVI ，DEF LEPPARD，GUN N ROSE，GREAT WHITE等等等等，但到了92年，以NIRVANA为首的美国西雅图垃圾摇滚之风疯狂的占领了美国以及全世界的摇滚乐坛，很多大牌的金属乐队虽不再那样的被人提起，但还是拥有一大部分铁杆乐迷，所启举以销量一直可以保持在一个固定的数字上，但一些刚刚成立的POP METAL乐队，却受到这股垃圾之风的极大影响，所以一些技术和意识优秀甚至有所超过前辈的乐队却没有得到更好的发展，今天我们的主人公就是这样的一支乐队----STEELHEART。

这是一支出道相对很晚的金属乐队，由主唱Micael Matijevic, 吉他手Cris Risola, 贝司James Ward和鼓手Frank Dicostanzo组成，应该说他们对金属乐是的感情是执着的，在那个很多同风格的乐队寻找新的音乐风格（CANDLEBOX就属这样一支）之时，却毅然的决定将乐队的风格定为POP METAL，可见他们对METAL难以割舍之情。

STEELHEART最大的特点就是主唱Micael Matijevic那几乎能穿透听者耳膜的尖嗓和Cris Risola不拘一格的吉他演奏。在他们的歌曲中你能听到烈的纯金属RIFF，同时也能感受到美国那特有的乡村味道，还有他们的伤感之情。

1990年，乐队签约MCA公司，在这家公司中有着很多大牌的金属乐队，如NIGHT RANGER，AUTOGRAPH，LITA FORD等，STEEL HEART作为一个新的乐队，就得拿出比同行们更出色的作品赢得公司对他们的重视，在经过一段闭门创作后，在1991年推出首张同名专辑《STEELHEART》（由IRON MAIDEN主唱BRUCE DICKINSON担任制作），可谓不鸣则已，一鸣惊人，唱片中CAN‘T STOP，I’LL NEVER BEFORE（这首歌的另一个名字是ANGLE EYE），
