黄益平，毕业于澳大利亚国立大学，经济学家，北京大学国家发展研究院教授，蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司独立董事。

黄益平的研究领域包括宏观经济政策、国际金融体系、中国与亚洲经济等，曾获得澳大利亚国立大学John Logan数量经济学奖。

教育经历

1984年在浙江农业大学获得农学学士学位；

1987年在中国人民大学获得经济学硕士学位；

1994年在澳大利亚国立大学获得经济学博士学位。

工作经历

1987-1990年，国务院农村发展研究中心发展研究所助理研究员；

1994-1995年，澳大利亚国立大学亚太研究院经济系研究员、高级讲师（1996-2000）、中国经济项目主任（1996-1998）；

1996年，北京大学中国经济研究中心：世界银行访问研究员（三个月）

1998-1999年，哥伦比亚大学商学院General Mills金融与经济学国际讲座教授；

2000年5月-2009年，花旗集团董事总经理、亚太区经济与市场分析部主管、首席经济学家；

2009年至今，北京大学国家发展研究院教授。

2015年06月15日，经国务院批准，任命黄益平为货币政策委员会委员。

2020年8月，任蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司董事。
